    At Telemus Capital Partners, our success rests on the comprehensive relationship we establish with each of our clients and on our commitment to objectivity, independence and integrity. From top to bottom, we are dedicated to providing you with a level of service that is second to none.

    Client Service

    We aim to deliver the most outstanding client experience which centers on continual communication. An important aspect of our client service is to anticipate and prevent unintended consequences by providing continuous analysis and oversight.

    • Each client works with a wealth management team headed by a Relationship Manager. As an advisor, not a salesperson, they work on behalf of the client.
    • A wealth management team is responsible for putting a plan together for each client which includes a wealth planning component and an investment management component, if appropriate.
    • Each client’s wealth management team includes a Client Service Manager who provides a wide range of clerical support services which include but are not limited to performance tracking reports, outgoing service calls, and operational issues.
