In addition to managing client relationships, Lyle oversees the management, analysis, design and implementation of a variety of wealth advisory services. He is a founding partner of Telemus Capital and a former Financial Advisor at Merrill Lynch and Senior Vice President–Investments at UBS Financial Services.

A graduate of the University of Michigan School of Business, Lyle was named as one of 2007's "40 under 40" - Crain's Detroit Business annual listing of emerging leaders in Southeast Michigan. The prestigious honor gives recognition to 40 individuals based on their business achievement and community impact before the age of 40.

Lyle is a Certified Financial Planner and member of the Financial Planning Association. He currently sits on the Board of Directors of the Berkley Education Foundation, and is a trustee for the Children’s Hospital of Michigan. Lyle is the father of three children and is an accomplished amateur golfer.
